Koblenz Germany


  • Koblenz is a city from the state of Rhineland - palatinate. 
  • The confluence of the rivers Rhine and Moselle is known as the German Corner. 
  • A symbol of unification of Germany is also situated at the German Corner known as the Deutsches Eck. 
  • City is easily accessible by db bahn. 
  • Most of the places in city is easily covered by foot as tourist attractions are close to each other.

Reaching Koblenz:


  • Reach Koblenz by DB Bahn
  • Koblenz has two main stations. Koblenz Stadtmitte and Koblenz HBF.
  • Detrain at the Koblenz Stadtmitte Station. 
  • As soon as you are outside the station, you will get to see the Herz-Jesu-Kirche. 
  • Just walk towards the altstadt. You will get to see Liebfrauenkirche, little small streets of Koblenz, other churches, monuments along the way. 
  • Keep walking towards the Basillica St.castor and move forward to the epic Deutsches Eck. 
  • Also, get to see the majestic German Corner. 
  • Then walk along the river, to take the Cable car to reach the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress. 
  • From Cable car, you would see the beautiful view of the german corner and Deutsches Eck. 
  • Walk further from the cable car place to reach the Koblenz Schloss.

Rheinland pfalz ticket can help reach you Koblenz and also you can use the local transportation.
It costs 25 Euros for one person and increases by 5 Euros for each additional person. You can take upto 5 persons.
